[NEWS] Super Junior Wins Three Awards Despite Not Attending MAMA
Super Junior has won the #1 spot in three categories at the 2009 Mnet Asia Music Awards (MAMA) held live at the Seoul Jamsil Stadium on 21 November.
Super Junior received the CGV Popularity Award, Overseas Viewer Award and the Mobile Popularity Award.
Super Junior did not attend MAMA due to SM Entertainment’s announcement that they are not participating in the award ceremony. SM Entertainment cited the issue of fairness as the reason for the absence of its artistes from the event.
